Investment Objective
The Fund seeks long-term growth of capital through investment in a diversified portfolio composed primarily of common stocks. Current income is incidental to this objective and may not be significant.

Investment Strategy
The Fund seeks financially strong, fundamentally well positioned, large companies whose earnings are persistently growing at above average rates and that are purchased at levels which offer a high probability of total returns. We believe that our requirements for superior quality, consistent growth and reasonable prices reduce the risks and amplify the rewards of core equity investing.
